Join our Team!

When someone walks through our doors facing an unplanned pregnancy, struggling to parent well, or seeking healing after abortion, they meet a LifePlan volunteer—a trained team member committed to walking alongside them with compassion and practical support.

As a core volunteer, you’ll serve clients directly through mentoring, medical services, reception, or program support. You’ll commit to one 2–6 hour shift per week for one year, giving you the consistency to build real relationships and see lasting transformation.

We prepare you thoroughly: Before you serve your first client, you’ll complete an application process (including background checks, references, and personal interview) and receive in-depth training that equips you with the skills and knowledge you need.

Other ways to serve: Not ready for a weekly commitment? We also need volunteers for events, boutique organization, facility maintenance, prayer support, creative projects, technology assistance, and research. These flexible opportunities let you serve using your gifts on a schedule that works for you.
