Fill a bottle to make a change for life! This fundraiser is designed for churches, small groups, youth and children’s programs, and families. It’s a fun way to get people of all ages excited about making a difference in their community. All donations are used by LifePlan to help people choose life and live hope-filled lives.

6. Bring your bottles back to any three of our locations

All the money collected in these bottles goes directly to our ministry of helping people in Michiana choose life and live hope-filled lives!

Our Change for Life campaign is great for all ages and is one of the easiest ways for your family, group, or organization to get involved with LifePlan! In this campaign, you choose the time that best works for your group, and then we provide you with baby bottles that your group stuffs full of cash, checks, or change during the time frame you’ve selected. Collect the bottles and drop them off at one of our locations — we’ll take care of the rest!
