Lisa Smith – Executive Program Director

Lisa and her husband, Tim, have been married since 1992 and have 3 grown boys, 1 daughter-in-law and one grandbaby girl. They enjoy, hanging out with family, vacationing, motorcycling, and going to the beach. Lisa has been on staff at LifePlan since 2010 and served as a volunteer for 6 years before that. Lisa loves working at LifePlan and feels like God was kind enough to allow her to do her “dream job”. Lisa attends Redeemer Church in Niles.

What is your favorite part about your role at LifePlan?

I enjoy that I have many opportunities to do different things, I also enjoy meeting new people and seeing how volunteers interact with clients.  It’s all about the Gospel and relationships and that is where I thrive.

What is your favorite pastime?

Going to the beach and vacationing

What is a fun fact about you?

Right after I married Tim we lived in Hawaii for a year. Also, all my StrengthFinder characteristics are in the relational quadrant.
